Description of Service

Roots is a Chrome extension that organizes your work into hierarchical projects with a simple 3-level task structure, lets you assign tasks to your team, and syncs across your Chrome devices.

Free Version

The free version of the extension provides:

• •Up to 3 projects with 100 tasks each
• •Team members, statistics and project colors
• •Export to CSV, JSON and HTML; import from any task app

Pro Version

The Pro version provides additional features:

• •Unlimited projects and tasks
• •Real-time sync across devices, plus Excel and PDF export
• •Team plan with 5 seats and priority support

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• •Use the extension only for lawful purposes
• •Respect intellectual property rights
• •Not attempt to reverse engineer the extension
• •Not use the extension to violate any laws or regulations

Intellectual Property

The extension and all related content are owned by GUi Softworks and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the extension.

Limitation of Liability

The extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. GUi Softworks shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this extension.

Updates and Modifications

Termination
